I’ve used this a few times now and, to be fair, the food does come out alright. Burgers and sausages were fine, but the heat isn’t as even as I’d hoped. Some things cook really quickly while other bits need constant moving around, which gets a bit annoying. Chicken took longer than expected too. It’s not terrible, and I’ll still use it, but I thought it would be easier to control. Three stars seems fair

I was really hoping the BBQ would come out better, but the results was not great. I expected it to be juicy and flavorful, but it ended up dry and kind of bland. Not happy with it and I wouldn’t use it again.

I tried ordering a BBQ pack, but the checkout kept kicking me back to the delivery page over and over. It took ages just to work out whether my payment had actually gone through, and I started wondering if there were extra delivery charges or some hidden fee messing with the total.

After all that, I didn’t even get a clear confirmation email, so I was just left sitting there unsure what had happened. For a food site, ordering should be the easiest part. I gave up in the end and don’t think I’ll bother using it again...

I reached out a few times and just didn’t get any proper response. The few replies I did receive felt really unhelpful and rushed. based on my experience, I wouldn’t bother again.

It took me around an hour to get it all set up, so I’d say it was easy enough. The instructions were clear, though I still had to stare at a couple parts for a bit like they were going to explain themselves. Overall not bad at all, and since it only took an hour, it basically felt quick even though an hour isn’t exactly quick.

It was okay overall. The quality wasn’t bad, but compared to others I’ve tried, it didn’t really stand out. I can see why some people might like it, but for me it was just average.

I really wanted to like this, and parts of it were okay, but the whole experience was frustrating. Delivery took way longer than I expected, and when I reached out to support, they weren’t exactly rude, but they also weren’t very helpful. It felt like I was getting mixed signals the whole time, so yeah, not great tbh.

There just wasn’t much choice for me, to be honest. The range felt limited, with only around a few options that really caught my eye.

So I ordered from aussiebbq.co.uk and while the BBQ itself looks good, trying to keep the heat steady has been a real pain. It keeps jumping up and then dropping off, which made cooking take way longer than it should’ve. It’s not awful, but for the price I expected it to be easier to use

I went in looking for a few BBQ accessories, but uh, most of what I needed was out of stock. Felt a bit pointless in the end, so I had to order the stuff from somewhere else. Not ideal at all if you need parts quickly

I ordered from Aussie BBQ and, to be fair, the delivery was reliable. I got the tracking info and it did turn up on the day they said it would. The box was in good shape and everything was there. The only thing that stopped me giving 5 stars is the delivery slot was really vague, so I ended up stuck at home for most of the day. Whoever runs this should really sort that bit out. Other than that, no real complaints.

I tried to return my order, but I guess I caught them at a bad time because the replies were really slow. I’m still waiting for proper help, and the whole thing has been frustrating.

I ordered from Aussie BBQ and, overall, it’s not bad. The BBQ looks the part and does the job once it’s all put together, but a few bits felt a little flimsy to me. One of the panels didn’t line up properly either, which was a bit frustrating, who wants to be wrestling with that during assembly? It works fine in the end, but for the price, I was expecting it to feel a bit sturdier...

I ordered a few BBQ bits and the prices were decent compared to other sites I looked at. Delviery took a bit longer than I was hoping for, but nothing too bad. Overall I’m happy with what I got for the money and would probaly order again.

This should’ve been a really simple thing, but customer service made it such a hassle. They were slow to respond and came across rude when I asked for help. Not a great experience, and I don’t think I’d order from them again.

Ugh. Trying to use the website on my phone was annoying. I kept having to poke around just to find basic stuff, and it made the whole experience more frustrating than it needed to be. Nope.

I ordered from aussiebbq.co.uk because they had a few things I’d been looking for, but some items were showing as out of stock and I couldn’t really tell when they’d be coming back ?? So I ended up having to switch a couple of things around, which was a bit of a faff.

The stuff I did manage to get was all fine and arrived without any problems, so no complaints there. It’s just a bit frustrating when you’ve got a basket ready and then realise half of it isn’t available. I’d probably use them again, as long as the items I want are actually in stock.

Luckily, nothing was completely ruined, but the whole thing just didn’t feel packed with much care. For the price, I expected the items to be protected better, so it was a bit of a letdown really

In the end, my issue was sorted without any hassle. I contacted support after I’d already bought the product, and they got back to me quickly and helped fix everything. Really appreciated the fast after-sales support.
